Since the fall of 2003, Joey Holand immersed himself in the real estate business while completing his degree in Finance at the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. With a successful background in real estate and development, the result was the formation of Holand and Associates that currently services Austin and the South Texas (Rio Grande Valley) area.


In 2011, Joey was appointed by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, Chief Judge Davis presiding, as the Real Estate Broker for two properties in South Texas in the matters of SEC v. Cook Air Max 270 Bianche Italia , et. al.; CFTC v. Cook, et. al; and SEC v. Beckman, et. Al. Chief Judge Davis approved the sales of both properties in September of 2011, amounting to over $1,500,000 in residential sales.
