Center Mitch Morse has been ruled out, meaning Jordan Devey will likely start in his place.Outside linebacker Tanoh Kpassagnon and safety Eric Murray are questionable. Murray seems more likely to play than Kpassagnon since he practiced fully all week, while Kpassagnon was limited on Friday.
